All entries and recipes received will be carefully scrutinized. Committee then, proceeds to follow up with anonymous visits to properties and the research on the candidates. Recipes will be tested in our TEST-KITCHENS, and evaluated accordingly. The Foundation's Award Committee will contact you if you are a finalist. Entries are not valid or considered without ENTRY FEE
