The Eccellenza Italiana award is designed to recognize and reward a particular establishment/property that has distinguished itself in preparing, executing, and offering products and services with clear evidence of "VERITABLE ITALIAN INGREDIENTS," both imported and/or from Certified domestic Suppliers and Providers. Eccellenza Italiana Award strongly adheres to the Truth in Dining Advocacy Group against counterfeiting and falsification to protect consumers from misinformation. Establishments are selected based on Cuisine, Service, Wine List, Decor, Hygiene, Design, Hospitality, and Italian Philosophy on Health and Wellness. The operation's objective is to utilize technical processes that reflect Italian gastronomy based on historical and cultural reflections of the Italian essence and lifestyle.

The Specialita Award is designed to recognize and reward particular dishes, both Savory / Sweet and Street food offerings, that are truly prepared with honest, authentic, and quality ingredients, reflecting the philosophy of the Regional Culinary Repertoire of Italy with veritable technical practices. Classic preparations are strongly suggested following guidelines and well-researched historical and cultural backgrounds of the Specialita you wish to enter for review and consideration. Establishments—properties may be recognized for multiple entrees.
Personal spin on recipes is not allowed.
